About First Choice HVAC

We are rooted in the HVAC industry. Our founder, Kolten Windsor is a second generation HVAC professional. His dad taught at Massanutten Technical Center (MTC)  for nearly 20 years, so Kolten grew up around all things heating and cooling. And at just 14 years old, he began his HVAC career, wrapping ductwork with insulation and banging duct together. 

 

Kolten installed HVAC for several years and was soon promoted to Lead Installer. He quickly moved up to Lead Service Technician, to Service Manager, and then General Manager. During this time he completed a two-year trade program at MTC. Not only was he born into the industry, but Kolten has done the work to gain hands-on experience and education to bring top quality service to you. First Choice HVAC was founded in 2023 and has grown to include two other team members. And we know, this is just the beginning for our team!
